SOLID: Floor Technician

Full-time position | 2nd and 3rd Shift | Paid Training Provided

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team! You’ll help care for some of the most impressive commercial spaces in the country by providing expert floor and surface maintenance. Mid America Specialty Services has joined SOLID Surface Care and is working to fully transition in the coming months.

What You'll Do as a Floor Tech:

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood

• Follow safety protocols and quality standards

• Work as part of a team and occasionally travel (up to 10%)

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must have 3 - 5 years of experience as a floor technician

• Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable

• Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)

• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts

• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines

• A clean background is required for most client sites
