Job Description: Join our local team as a proactive, engaged Operations Manager! Bring your experience and leadership to our thriving markets. As an Operations Manager, you’ll liaison between commercial customers, our Account Representative and local crew to oversee short and long-term projects and maintenance. Qualifications:Minimum 2 years’ operations experience in a technical services industry

Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory positionCurrent and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving recordBuild long-term relationships with both customers and employeesCommunicate with regional Account Representative and customers to schedule jobsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficient with technology/ Microsoft suiteDecision-making, problems-solving and creative thinkingLeadership: provide support and training for refinishers/reporting employees Ensure the quality of work on job sites meets the quality standard established

Work with Sales team to organize and schedule jobs to be completed each week
