As an account representative, you’ll sell our suite of services from short-term projects to long-term maintenance to key players in commercial real estate.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years’ experience selling services in a technical industryCurrent and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving recordExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsProficient with technology/ Microsoft suite

Process-oriented and able to adopt our sales methodologyPublic Relation building and marketing skills to boost territory awarenessDecision-making, problems-solving and creative thinking

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 -- Base Salary Plus Bonus/Commission is the expectation for this position with additional income based on sales growth and benefits. There’s no cap on bonus/commission pay!
